Blanco goes to Madero's aid

Activity of Mexican Revolution in Sonora Suddenly Ceases.
Land is promised

El Paso, Tex., march 11 A special to the Herald from Cananea says that the activity of General Jose de la Luz Blanco has ceased as suddenly as it began and it is generally believed he has returned to Chihuahua to aid Madero, who was defeated Monday at Casas Grandes.
The town of Bocoachi, Sonora, which was taken by Blanco, is again in federal hands. Letters received from insurrectos state the Madero faction is promising recruits home steads and pensions when the war is over if they are victorious. They promise to confiscate all large landed estates and divide them among soldiers who have fought the insurrecto cause.
