Little Headway Made By Western Insurrectos

Still haunting Mexicali

Mexican Federals Threatened With Arrest for Violating Neutrality; General Bliss Orders that no Action Be Taken.

Mexicali, march 16 That Leyva and Berthold at the head of an insurrecto force which left here on Tuesday night do not intend to stray far away is indicated by information today that the band is encamped at Laguna Salada, twenty miles from here.

Captain William Stanley is also hovering near by, which indicates that the entire force will be concentrated in the trenches here at the first signs of federals approaching. Fifteen men were left as a provost guard and it is expected that Stanley will return tomorrow and take charge.
